Hello all, firstly let me say that the India Bet Leagues are going really well, its nice to see so many of you competing and thank you for all the fantastic feedback we have had so far.
Unfortunately I have made a small mistake when setting the leagues up and there have been reports that some players have not been included in the league when infact they should have been.
What basically has happened is that I only wanted Indian residents to be allowed to participate, which I beleive is fair. However what I actually did was exclude anyone who had not entered their address details into their account profile. What I have done now is I have fixed this issue by not only checking the country in the user account address settings but also checking the country code the user signed up from (using a GEO check on their IP address).
So what that means for the leaderboards (both IBSL and IBGL) is that there may be some slight position changes tonight when the leaderboard process runs. Every day since the beginning of the season will be recalculated for both leagues and the totals will be adjusted.
Anyone who has been paid for daily positions in the past and are no longer in those positions will not be effected by this, they will still keep their IBR!
Hopefully this is the last issue with the India Bet Leagues and may I just say I am super looking forward to Season 1 which starts just after the Pre-Season ends on the 10th October 2016.
