Hey guys, I just thought I would write this very quick and short blog to bring to your attention some issues that have been found with UC Browser which I know some of you use.
Today, my malware app (Malwarebytes) suggested that UC Browser was a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) and wanted me to remove it.
After researching this I can conclude that I will be uninstalling UC Browser and never using it again. I suggest you do the same, especially if you have it installed on your phone.
Here is some information online which basically suggests that you do not use UC Browser for anything secure as there is the chance of it leaking your personal data.

Just to be clear, UC Browser is not a virus nor is it malware but it does not seem to care much about your privacy, which I think you should be concerned about.
India Bet advice: Uninstall UC Browser.

Based on Chrome (so renders websites perfectly), but offers unbuilt adblocking and blocks tracking, making it a pretty safe and speedy browser for phone and desktop.
