One of the lesser known international test grounds, the Barabati Stadium in Orissa has an enormous capacity of 45,000. Not always filled it is used as the home of the Orissa Cricket Team.
The stadium was built in 1958 in the city of Cuttack and remains as the biggest stadium in Orissa. Despite the fact that not many international games are played in Orissa, when they are they are almost always played at the Barabati.
