Delhi Race Course can be found on Race Course Road in Delhi. Race Course Road is famously known to be where the residence of the Prime Minister of India is located.
The Race Course is a small track that does not complete a full circuit. Betting is allowed both on course and off course. Mr P.S. Bedi is the Chairman and Senior Steward of the course, which was established in 1940.
Racing happens once a week at the course on every Tuesday. Prices are low and there are decent levels of attendance on race days. However, on big race days such as the Delhi Derby, one will find large crowds at the Delhi Race Club.
