Terms and conditions for our prizes are listed below.

General

  • The prize draw details are subject to change and our prizes may be withdrawn at any time.
  • The prizes are as stated and are not transferable or negotiable. No cash or credit terms will be offered.
  • Prizes can take up to 30 business days to be processed (but will usually be much quicker).
  • Prizes can only be claimed by Indian residents.

Prize Draws

  • Users are entitled to a free ticket if they log in the day of a draw but before it takes place.
  • Winners have 7 days from the time of the prize draw reveal to claim a prize if won.
  • Winners who do not claim within 7 days will forfeit their prize and a backup winner will be allocated instead.
  • If a backup winner does not claim within 7 days or rejects the prize, the prize will be added to a future draw.
  • India Bet reserve the right to refuse sending a prize to a user who is suspected of being a fraudulent user.

Randomisation

  • Draw winners are picked at random using a pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) based on the Mersenne Twister method.
  • Each individual ticket has the same chance to be picked to win as any other ticket
  • Each users is only eligible to win 1 prize per draw
  • Prize winners are drawn from most expensive prize to the least expensive, to allow everybody to have chance to win the most expensive prizes
  • Prize winners are shown from the least to most expensive on the draw page

Challenges

  • User must have a valid India Bet account to be able to purchase entry and win a prize in a challenge.
  • All challenges are entered with India Bet currencies, entry cannot be purchased with real money and real money cannnot be won or withdrawn.
  • Once entry has been purchased for a challenge a user must bet the minimum amount of challenge currency to appear on the leaderboard for that challenge.
  • Prizes are allocated in order of worth to the top positions of the leaderboard decending.
  • The final leaderboard positions are fixed once the end challenge date has passed and all of the appropriate sporting events' lines have been settled.
  • In the case of a tied balance, the user who has bet the most during that challenge overall will be placed higher. If the total amount bet is tied along with the balance then the user with the older India Bet account will be placed higher.
  • Winners must have qualified by betting the amount described on the challenge page to be able to eligible to win a prize.
  • Total bet challenges will have the users challenge balance added to the total bet amount after the last sporting event has been settled and/or the challenge date has passed.

Play and Win

  • Users are entitled to a free ticket to a Play and Win prize draw if they place a valid bet using IBR on a specifc sporting event or series of events..
  • Winners have 7 days from the time of the prize draw reveal to claim a prize if won.
  • If a backup winner does not claim within 7 days or rejects the prize, the prize will be added to a future draw.
  • India Bet reserve the right to refuse sending a prize to a user who is suspected of being a fraudulent user.

Prizes

Mobile Phones

  • You must open the box in front of the courier and check whether the phone is there or not, if you do not do this then you will not be covered by the insurance. 
  • All the phones sent by our distributor can be seal broken as they are insured by the insurance company against theft, breakage, damage, loss and shrinkage. Please note the insurance is only valid until the time you receive the phone. Once you receive the phone the insurance will no longer be valid.
  • All the mobile phones are sent by a courier company who aim to deliver to your door. You don't need to go and collect the phone.
  • Never accept the parcel if the seal of the outer box is broken. Remember that the mobile box seal will be broken but it is repackaged in other outer box and this outer box should be sealed.  If the outer box seal is broken or tampered then don't accept the parcel.
  • Users cannot choose the colour or change the phone model.
  • The bill will be issued in the name of Sports Gaming Limited UK, this bill cannot be in your name as the phone is a gift. The bill will have the IMEI number on it which will be valid for warranty against any repairs (individual mobile company warranty rules apply)
  • Once the mobile phone has been delivered, we will not be responsible for any damage or theft.
  • If one of our phone prizes is out of stock, we will offer you another phone of equivalent price.

Betting Vouchers - Casumo

  • Only players from India are eligible (INR Accounts Only).
  • Users must have signed up using the CASUMO affiliate link.
  • The voucher can only be used on sports betting.
  • Users need to provide their Casumo Username while claiming the prize.
  • Please provide us your username by writing it in the comment section while claiming the prize.
  • Should be used in its entirety on Single Bets with the odds of 1.5 or higher.
  • Free bet expires after 7 days of crediting if not used.
  • One particular User can win only one Promo Code (Voucher) per month.
